Firstly you will need to sign into the customer portal by clicking 'Customer Login'. If you do not have a login, you will be prompted to sign up and create an account. Once you have logged into the portal, click on the 'Submit a Request' button located in the top right-hand corner by your profile name. You will then be shown a form where you can type in the details of the purpose of your support call and you will then be contacted by a member of the Support team shortly after your details have been submitted.
The current version is the 2019 Threadneedle platform release.
The previous version was the 2018 GDPR release; be aware that there are no further enhancements or bug fixes versions prior to the GDPR release.

With the release of software versions that offered GDPR support, Gladstone announced in April 2018 that its Contact Manager product was being moved into an End-of-Life phase. Contact Manager was originally released in 2012 and has since been superseded by Gladstone 360 Prospects. Extended support was offered until the end of 2018 to enable any remaining customers of Contact Manager to transition to Gladstone 360 Prospects or another product.
