Service Status - Live

The live signal page denotes whether a service is up or down in its entirety.  A degradation of service which may affect a subset of services or individual environment component, may not be representative on this page as the service is classed as 'up' operationally for most users.

14 April, 2021 - We are aware of an issue where some users may notice a 'black screen' when logging in. In most cases this is resolved by logging out and back in.  Our engineers are currently working to resolve the issue, do not telephone the Customer Service team as extended wait times are being experienced due to high call volumes.  Let our team know by raising an online ticket through the Customer Portal. 

If you are experiencing issues with your hosted service please raise a ticket with the Gladstone Support desk, via the Customer Portal.  All impacting service events and communications are announced via our Support Technicians, use the Customer Portal as your first point of investigation about any service impacting issues.
